if there was a teacher about 39 years old, and he had a student in about grade 11, who was a virgin, and felt that she was madly in love with him, and wanted to have her first time with him, and wanted to be with him, is it ok for him to go for it?
of course right there your going to say... dude, thats illegal...
but here's the thing, wut if she was to die of heart problems ((for sure)) within a year or two, and love was one of those things that she wanted to succeed in and to have before she died.............. then would it make it ok for him to be with her to make her last bit of life her best? (if he had feelings for her of course!)

ooo, and to answer number 2, this was from a chick flick comic, and i'm contimplating right or wrong in this...... in the situation, she had doctors try to fix this, but its only getting worse, its not something that was able to be delt with, it was a for sure thing that she WAS going to die soon, she only goes to school because she wants to live her life, not shelter it if the year or two is all she has

WOW, there are a lot of "ifs" in that question.
The short answer - NO, it is not okay.
A 39 year old teacher should NEVER, EVER get involved with any of his students in a sexual way. It is immoral, unethical, illegal, and unforgivable.
IF this sweet young thing were going to die within a year, that would be extremely sad, but still not reason enough to engage in a sexual relationship with ANY older man, especially not a teacher!
I know that many, many teens have had their first sexual experience by the time they are in 11th grade. This is disconcerting to some, especially parents who have forgotten what it is to have that hormonally hyped libido.
If this sweet young thing is set on experiencing a sexual encounter before her imminent death, she should consider someone of her own age.

No, would still be wrong. Cause he is too young to even be thinking about sex. And, then a teacher should be someone that students look up to. Not, a person that is sleeping with her students. Even, if she is going to die or even if she is in love with him, it is still wrong.
