and giving every answer a Thumbs Down in all military questions. I guess they have no life and want to be little jerks.
What would you like to do to someone caught doing this?

Well, nothing really, since it's just a thumbs down.
People have the right to give a thumbsdown.
It's no different than someone going around, giving all the military questions a thumbs up, besides you may not mind that as much.
I've been told by quite a few military employees "we fight for your freedom of speech" so...I guess they fight for the freedom of a thumbs down as well.
I wouldn't worry about it too much, it's Yahoo answers, not the end of the world.

A few of us on another category discovered some nitwit who would give the same meaningless answer to every question and then go back and give thumbs-down to everyone else so he would win the 10 points! What a loser! He got kicked out. I'd like to kick these people a little father than that.

As stated, I would not give it another thought and in the future I would not even acknowledge there existence. It just isn't worth it, you are most likely dealing with a minor or someone with a chemical imbalance!

They're such wimps to pull that stunt. It's not even worth the thought process to try and catch or punish one.
They should have more respect for the military. Probably don't even have respect for themselves.

I think it's probably cons are wimps. He harrasses everyone in the Military and pretends to be a federal agent. He is a little girl.
