I would defer to Dr. Ron Paul who is close to this entire system and has the understanding as to what can a should be done . Not only is he a qualified public servant running for president he has a medical degree and is in touch with the field of medicine. And as far as the economy of this goes you should google the secrets of the federal reserve bank and be economically enlightened.
