Yahweh is the name God gave to Moses when he asked what is your name for me to tell these people you gave me? It expresses God's essence and is all perfect in describing God's nature and supreme being.
Yahweh means, I am who am.
Jesus claimed the same name for himself in, I am, the reason he was crucified for claiming thus to be equal to God which he would not deny because he is.
Allah is the same God of Abraham but not God's personal name because it is given to him and doesn't express his whole being but only a couple attributes: The merciful beneficient One. I am merciful and beneficient myself as are many among all peoples. Thus that name does not distinguish God from others, but imperfect, a proof the Quran is not authored by God.
Notice how Islam contradicts the name they give to God in their violence in spreading Islam the most violent religion in history? Its because the angel dictating the Quran was lying about Jesus and Mary in denial of God's revelations through Jesus. They call Jesus a prophet of God while rejecting what God said and revealed through Jesus.
God is the name God gives himself in revealing the truth of his being and nature through Jesus primarily. Is your name no more than just a word or does it signify the unique person you are and no other?

You are right. But to identify Him, you need to give some name. Those names varies from language to language.
But now I feel like you are making the difference.

Actually, humans have created thousands of gods, and they're not all the same.
By the way, "God" is not a name.

It's actually what you believe about God that makes a difference. For example, a person who says they pray to Allaah but they believe Allaah to be a body or in a place would in reality not be Muslim because they do not know Allaah.
