Hey My Budgie Pippa Makes "Choking movements" with her head like she bobs it up and down while her kneck it like up so it looks like shes choking. Why does she do this and is it bad?

she is regurgitating her food. if she is near you, that means she loves you and is trying to feed you. perfectly normal.

no it is normal for budgies to do this birds have differents habits as well and this bird just has a bad habit

i have two budgies and i think it means that theyre ready to mate or they want to play parakeet games.

She is regurgitating food....it is a sign of affection.

they also make this sound when they are starting to find their immitating voice,and if they cant get it right they get angry and start screeching,banging mirrors,and hop all over.
