In our home it was always mom who did the spanking. She was the disciplinarian generally, dad was always kind and left the harder part to mom. When I got spanked it was for being rude and disrespectful, coming home late, or not doing chores after having been told a number of times. It was always on the bare, it hurt, but I learned my lesson!

I was spanked by both. But, the most painful spank came from dad. I had terrible marks on my legs, arms but back then there was no mention of child abuse unfortunately. I really can't remember what set him off, I guess just having a bad day at work was good enough excuse to go off on me.

It was done by mom most of the time. And most of the time it was done out of frustration that my cheating step dad would cause her and a simple mess up on my part would set her off.
My step dad would spank me if he saw me chatting with boys no matter if they were my neighbors and brothers friends. He would otherwise just abuse me other ways. He wasn't into spanking.

I was always spanked by my mom with her wooden spoon. My dad never spanked me. I don't remember what I did specifically to get a spanking... it only happened a few times. I just remember pushing the boundaries and then having a crazy japanese woman chasing me with a spoon.

It was usually my mom. My dad was a softie for me, but if I was in really big trouble or really ticked him off, he'd spank me good and just feel bad about it. Spanking works when done right.

I would only get spankings for disobeying after time-outs. My dad would give them to me. My mom did once because Dad wasn't home, but I just laughed and said "that didn't hurt" so Dad gave me an extra spank for that... lol I should've kept my mouth shut.

Depended on who was home, so both my parents spanked me, the ones I can remember though were from my dad. The one that really stands out are disobeying him and throwing a rock at my older sister's head.

well the most recent was when my mum called me to help her with somethin first i said no then i backtalked twice i was spanked twice across the shoulder
