i MIGHT have said f**king jesus a few years ago out loud to make it worse, so i wouldn't worry about it saying it in my mind numerous times, plus i was getting frustrated saying over and over in my mind with something that i don't want to deal with
i said it unintentionally in my mind, but is saying it out loud intentional towards jesus?
i am pretty sure that i only said the f word out loud and his name in my mind or even just the f word or part of the f word

all the other blasphemies that i did are unintentional(i have a mental illness called ocd), but the above that i explained was intentional, not intentional towards jesus or god, but just to do it, so i wouldn't worry about saying it in my mind numerous times and also i was frustrated with it

im christian and never had anything against him

It is not only what you have done wrong that requires forgiveness, but also what you have not done right.

James 4:17
Anyone, then, who knows the good he ought to do and doesn't do it, sins.

If you feel bad about something, it won't hurt to ask God's forgiveness. If you have already done this and are still plagued with doubts about being forgiven, push those doubts out. The scriptures tell us, 'If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
It never hurts to ask forgiveness, but then we need to trust that God's word is good- that He does forgive us. After that, you don't need to reconfess the same sins. Believe He forgave you and move on.

I place no stock in a personal god or prayer per say but I do appreciate the value of self examination of conscience and meditation helps to clear the mind for this as well as atonement and self improvement . rather than just dwelling on the paradigm of Jesus what have you done of worth in your life you might ask yourself. good luck!

Just look around you: do you see anybody you should be asking for forgiveness? Because if you do, that will make way more sense than praying to God or Jesus or whoever there is.

Being disabled that way make you less culpable- responsible for it nonetheless it is evil to do it. The psychic shock to your soul and spirit may be the cause of its recurrence unwilled. apologize to him and give it all to his love for you every time you start to feel an impulse to do it. its probably the work of an evil spirit seeking to gradually take you down lower and lower each time into despair. When you feel an impulse to do it call to Jesus for help saying or thinking his name even with the f word noise. Make an act of self denial and give it and its cause to Jesus asking him to put the demon where it belongs in hell. Thus you use his weapon against you to defeat his work to make you feel unforgivable. Treat the impulses or inclination to express your sufferings that way like annoying mosquitos and delete them. Do it for as long as needed. Jesus said all blasphemies will be forgiven except against His Holy Spirit. Ask him to replace your sin and darkness, with himself and his love grace and peace and keep asking until it happens. He said to me, Do not listen to false ideas caused by your feelings. Do not follow all your inclinations. Lord Jesus I offer him to your heart asking you for the life and love and healing he needs.

Do you have anything against anyone else? Because Jesus said "if you did it to the least of them you did it to me".
