Myself? I like a Woman who is strong willed and not meek. An outgoing personality coupled with way above average intelligence.
Like Ron White the comedian says, you can change almost any attribute in a person physically if you don't care for it but

yeah this being shy is cute but outgoing is really nice have plans for your life don't just depend on some guy to take care of you and smart man smart is hot to me to many girls today think its all about looks but they have no brains or common sence to me smart is great turn on as well take controll from time to time we like to be in controll its nice when we know they can take care of us as well do something new from time to time keep us guessing we get bored easy so if you can keep us guessing youve got it in the bag

I like a girl whos outgoing but still shy at the same time..she has some sort of modesty.. a girl who is funny... and has pretty good self esteem and ....a nice girl.. ahappy girl...

If you're kind counts a lot. Your looks do attract attention, but it's how you treat people that will drive them away or keep them coming back. A sense of humor and intelligence influence us too.
