I'd say between $70 and 140.

highlights. lowlights involves dying sections of hair darker than your natural hair color; a one step process. dying hair darker is a more simple process than highlighting, which involves lightening hair and then depositing color [the actual color of the highlights you desire]. highlighting is usually a two-step process, although there are certain salons out there that carry Scruples highlighting products that lighten and deposit color all in one step. bottom line: lowlights would be cheaper. :]

There is no standard price. It varies from salon to salon, and what region of the world you live in.

It depends where you go and how many you get. I think at my salon its like $15 or $30(i can't remember) a hi-lite. Sometimes if you get a lot they will cut the price if you get a lot....

Im a stylist in Texas, idk where you live but my going rate for medium texture and length, is 124 for a high\low, if your hair is super thick, or veru long it goes up. Yall gotta remember, these products we use are not free, every single thing thats used on your hair costs, the water, electricity, shampoo, color, bleach, toners, and whatever styling products we use in your hair afterwards, and our time and knowledge obviously. We went to school, put in the time to learn our craft
And good stylists ARE hard to come by ive seen it myself, so when you find a good stylist that knows her "poop " you better stick with her and pay that lady!!!!! Its worth it. Besides, unless you know somebody, you dont get ur car fixed for free or ur house painted for free. Hairdressing is hard work, dont be cheap
