i'm watching these two cats, both male kittens, with claws. im not sure of either of their ages, but they were both brought into the house on the same day. i highly doubt they're brothers; ones an orange tabby and the other is a brown tabby with a full white stomach. the problem is they are biting each other and jumping on each other. should i be concerned or just let it be and say its just a kitten instinct?

Kittens do this, it is just part of being cats. They are learning to play, and to fight, and hunt, and defend themselves, as well as to be social with each other. They won't hurt each other.

My adult cats play like this all the time, and nobody ever gets hurt, even tho with all the hissing and yowling and spitting and rolling all over the house you would think somebody is getting killed. Then they both run in different directions and 5 minutes later they are stalking each other agan.

Most likely they are playing which is a very important part of cat development. Just watch out that they don't really hurt each other. Usually kittens know when the limit has been reached. You might try to play with them together just to divert their attention. Kittens love to play.

Kittens, like children, need to learn how to socialize with others. Sounds like they are just play fighting - which is perfectly normal. Just make sure that it doesn't get too out of hand and that neither one gets hurt. Have fun & good luck with your new friends :)

i think if they are kittens, they are just playing, i experienced my cat having 6 kittens, and they would always play-fight. its perfectly normal. but if they werent adults, it would defintaley be because they want the territory for themselves and they would be really fighting.

they might be play - fighting. try to keep them separated for a little bit so they can get used to each others scents.
