just got contacts today and put one of them on and had help for the other one. Then I needed to take them out which i definetly needed help for (someone did it for me). Anyways how do I put them in and out? Im having trouble taking them out because my eyes squint alot as my fingers move closer to my eye. I also have trouble keeping the lids wide open especially holding them up too. Please Help!!
I also need a way to overcome squinting. As the contact/finger moves closer to my eye, the eye squints

I had a TON of trouble at first. Eventually, with practice, I got the hang of it. This is what I do:
You put the contact on the tip of your index finger of one hand and then hold your upper eye lid up with your other index finger. With the hand that has the contact, use your middle finger to lower you bottom eye lid. Look at the contact as you bring it closer until right before it touches; then look up and gently touch it to your eye without releasing your lids. Before blinking , look down and to each side, which helps pop the little air bubbles. Then slowly release your fingers and blink.
Soon, you'll get the hang of it.

Your fitter should have taught you how to do this and supervised you doing it until satisfied that you were capable. Part of the fitting fee you paid was for this instruction.

Do not attempt to insert and remove your contacts without professional supervision. Return to your fitter and insist on being reinstructed -- you should not have to pay extra for this.
