I don't remember for sure, but it makes a full size lasagna pan and a casserole dish that's about 2/3's that size. If I remember right I get 4 or 5 per row next to each other and then either 5 or 6 rows top to bottom in the lasagna pan and then still get about 16 or 20 in the 2nd pan.

If you asked this question 1/5 or 1/6, I'd know the answer. I'm making it again for my nephew's birthday 1/6!

Are you simply curious? My jumbo pasta shell box holds 360 grams. How many shells? I have no idea and would love to help you out but I'm not about to open the box and count them.

Maybe someone else will count them for you. You will note you didn't say what size box you had in mind.

Each jumbo/giant shell weighs about 6.75g.

Therefore, a box of 250g (8.8 oz) has 37 shells.

A box of 360g has around 53 shells.
