What would cause someone to have very foul smelling and tasting burps, black and extremely liquid diarrhea, and nausea when you eat for over 48 hours and no medicine will help?

I had this sickness before, its called partying too much. Or smelling too much of his toxic fart GAS, that he developed hours ago when he was doing a keg stand. Upset his stomach making him burp up toxic gas from his sour stomach. This can be solved by sticking a big bowl of oatmeal down the hatch. Then drink little water with something that has fiber in it. If this don't work go to the nearest aid station and IV it. It could save your life.

It is time to see or at least call a doctor. An emergency room visit would be a good idea. You are in danger of becoming dehydrated. Black stools could be a sign of intestinal bleeding.

Sounds like a touch of food poison. Go see the doctor or take some Pepto Bismol.
