Hi--I know where you are coming from, I am a depression sufferer also. I also suffer from social anxiety. I sometimes find it helpful to write down my feelings in a journal, listen to music, surf the internet, read a book, pet my dog, go for a walk, talk to my grandparents, do homework, and even organize/clean. Anything that you can do to get your mind off of it will be awesome. A lot of times, I have the urge to sleep, but the docs' say that is a short-term gain, long-term pain. Make sure if you have work or whatever that you need to do not to procrastinate either. That will make you feel more depressed. I wish you the best! Take Care! ; )

There are reasons to live. Right now you just don't feel so good.

Try Sudoku.
Find a craft or hobby that you enjoy.
Plan to watch something on TV and make pop corn.
Call a friend or family. Better yet, invite them over or go visit them.
Eat something you enjoy (maybe chocolate).
Best Wishes and I hope tomorrow will be a better day for you.
