Well depends on what you want to use it for. If you love to play video games and watch movies Blu-Ray then I suggest you get a PS3 console. It includes a built in Blu-Ray DVD player inside the PS3. It will play your standard DVD Disc and Blu-Ray movies. The cheapest PS3 console will cost $399.99.

If you just want just a Blu-Ray DVD player then it will cost you $300.00 and above depending on the model brand. It will play your standard DVD and Blu-Ray discs as well.

There is a current promotion for 5 free Blu-Ray movies with any Blu-Ray DVD player and or a PS3 console. You will need to mail in a form and select your movies on the form with your attach receipt and UPC code from your product. Ask the retailer store more about that.

ps3 is the cheapest blu ray player on the market today...if you have children or sisters or brothers it would help because they can use the video game system and you could use the blu ray for movies
