You either have no compression or your timing is off. The things you need for an engine to start and run are, Fuel, Spark, Compression and PROPER TIMING. You say you have fuel and spark so check the compression and the timing.

Need more info.
When did this start? What happened just prior to this no start condition occurring, did you just wake up one morning and this problem started, or did it happen after someone gave it a tune up, installed a new electrical accessory, or some other type of service on it? Did the problem start shortly after having been driven in heavy rain, etc.? Does this happen all the time, or intermittently? How many miles are on the truck, what mods does it have, and what has been serviced recently?
Describe exactly what happens when you try to start it.
Do this:
Try and start it a couple times, and then quickly remove a spark plug and see if it's wet. You need to confirm that the fuel is making it into the cylinders. Just because you have pressure at the rail doesn't mean it's getting into the cylinders. For example, a faulty TPS signal can tell the ECM that it's flooded, and it will prevent any fuel from being injected until it receives a signal that the engine has fired.

examine the commencing gadget on the immediately 6. eliminate the battery and bring it to autozone. they're going to attempt it for you for unfastened. If it exams good, then eliminate the starter motor. they're going to attempt it for unfastened too. Ifit is nice then replace the starter solonoid. and make confident each and every of the cable connections are clean and tight. If the engine nevertheless won't initiate, examine the distrubutor rotor and cap, plugs, plug wires and ignition coil. one element that many human beings are no longer conscious of is the Thick action picture Ignition Module additionally straightforward using fact the TFI Module. that's bolted on the shaft of the distributor and has a cord harness related to it. This module overheats and gets worn after some years and oftentimes is going undesirable on Ford autos between 1987 and 1996. as a techniques using fact the F150 with the 302, the catalytic converter or the gas clear out is clogged. yet one greater reason must be the EGR valve. that's certainly a bypass that may not enable air to circulate the place that's needed in spite of if that's caught open. lower back, examine the distrubutor cap and rotor, plugs and wires.

Hate to say it but it sounds like a timing chain. Mark the distributer and advance it a few. If it starts then, thats it.
