Usually nothing - the human head is too big for the hips of most women, so the top of the head is in pieces and quite soft. Most babies come out somewhat distorted, forceps are simply gripping tools when the trip is harder than average. During the first days the distortion fills out and during the first years the pieces flatten and harden and the sutures join up - you can see them on a natural skull.

No. Using forceps can cause a bruise, but unless there was some kind of brain damage at the time, it seems unlikely. People get headaches for a lot of reasons, most unknown.

There are lots of people that had forcepts used on them this is not the cause of your headaches. are you under stress? maybe you have sinus problems. have you had these headaches for a lenthy period of time? any head injuries? these are all that could consider. Think its best you phone your Doctor to set up a oppointment to be seen.

Headaches are a result of high blood pressure, tension, lack of sleep or illness from other causes.
