I would pre par a letter and send it to all three credit agencies
your going to want to include copys of your birth certificate dl and any other official documents you might have to show your age. (this might seem a bit over board but you want to make sure you get it right the first time. Include 3 types of ID) Try to gather the same information from your father if you can also have him sign the document (get it notarized if you can)
This is where they need to go.

Just to make sure you understand, FreeCreditReport.com signed you up for their credit monitoring service. Be sure to cancel that within the 30 day period or you will be hit with whatever fee they are now charging.
AnnualCreditReport.com is the site to get your free credit reports online.
Don't bother to pay for the credit monitoring. It really is a waste of money.
You will have to dispute all the errors with the credit bureaus. Indicate they have merged your file with your fathers. They will work with you to clean it up. It might take a while but better to get it done now.

Call each credit reporting agency - Equifax, Experian and TransUnion - and tell them there's a mistake. Ask them what they need to correct it.
Contact each one separately - don't rely on correcting w/ one of them and having the other two picking up the info on their own.
Keep a record of dates, times, who you talked to and what they said. Also keep records and copies of anything you sent to get this corrected.
It should be fairly simple to take care of.
Go cancel your account with FreeCreditReport.com to avoid being charged for their services after 30 days.
Get truly free credit reports once a year from http://annualcreditreport.com.
Great job checking on your credit history and finding this out now!

SO FAR EVERYONE IS OFF THE SUBJECT. Normally you can contact the reporting bureau(experian or equifax) to report the problem and they will do an inquiry and take care of it for you. I suggest signing up for the $15 a month or what ever it is to monitor your credit. This may happen alot with your names being close. If you sign up it free to have them clear you history, Not sure if there is a cost if not signed up.

you are only 18, you have no credit history,
you have never borrowed money from a bank
you have never had a credit card,
You have to establish a credit history before you can have one.
The most normal way to do this is to buy a car (used) and finance it through a bank or Credit Union.
You probably will have to have your dad co-sign
meaning if you don't pay - he will have to.
you need a full time job to get a loan.
