Hi Tina,
When you ask, “Do I have the right to show others this pic too?” Are you referring to a legal right, an ethical one, or both? Legally speaking, I imagine it could cause you some trouble if this person filed harassment charges on you or could provide evidence that this act has somehow caused him monetary, professional, or psychological damages. Now in regards to an ethical right… that is a matter of opinion. You’ll have to compare this potentially-questionable act against your own values of right and wrong / fair or unfair. You refer to this fellow as a “friend”. Does he consider you a friend? Why you have this desire or need to humiliate him?
In summary: Legally speaking… not a good idea. Ethically speaking… that’s for you to decide, but I cannot foresee anything good coming out of this… can you?
Good luck,
ask.oliver

Dont yo have no right to show his pictures to others ESPECIALLY if he was drunk. Why would you wna to? Wait until he isnt and then ask him personally. This go's for him too.
"He does have a pic of my face and bra. I feel he may use my pic however he wants, as i am sure he does, if u know what i mean.:" It sounds to me like you dont want him to use your pics either so why would you want to do that to him? U sound like a hypocrite if your worried about him doing that to you tehn why would you do something like that to him? Your not a good friend if you ask me I mean comeon he was DRUNK! You dont think when your drunk!

DO NOT USE HIS PIC FOR ANYTHING. He was drunk, he didn't know he was doing, and I'm sure he wouldn't want his nude pic to seriously be all over the place. Plus, if you piss him off by posting it somewhere, then he may try getting back at you by doing something bad to YOUR pic that he has. Don't do it, better safe than sorry. Or, better yet, ask him! =)

Wow....the answer to this question would be a definite "NO".
you said yourself that he was drunk when he sent it, and people do a lot of random crazy things while drunk .
he might not even remember doing it so I think it would be wrong to post it on your blog without him knowing
and posting in a gay bar? are you out of your mind. I think that would be a bad idea , unlesss he posts your bra picture in a public place..

If you value your friendship with him, you wouldn't even be thinking about doing something like this. Just because he has your picture doesn't mean that he's doing something idiotic with it, right? And even if he did, I don't know if it's nearly as bad as the nude picture that you have of him. If it makes you feel any better, hold onto it. If he ever threatens to show your picture around, then you could counter-threaten him with this nude photo.

actually its wrong to do any of that with a pic of a friend or someone else unless u have their permission, otherwise things can get ugly! plus he was drunk and didnt mean to send it, it was just an impulse thing. what you can do is show him and make fun of him that way instead of makin his life hell..if hes any kind of friend he will think its funny but thats only if u dont show anyone else.

LEGALLY:
The photo he sent is legally copyrighted and you may not reuse it in any way. See the link below.
He would be able to sue you in civil court and seek damages.
However, you do have the right to file a police report and give it to them.

I agree with greenxbl. You are better than that and don't need to sink to his level. Be careful what you send over the net though as many will use it. Oh and next time you message him...tell him to grow up before trying to mingle with adult minds.

Depends on if you want to upset your friend or if parading his pics around will upset him. If you don't care and it doesn't bother him then do as you like. Think about your desires ... if it is simply done in malice then it is wrong.
