I ask this here because Manifest Destiny was a religious term before it was a political term.

The 1st half of the year they were just unstoppable. No one could touch 'em. Then in the 2nd half teams started slowly figuring them out more. Everyone gave the Pats their best efforts. A few close games against the Colts, Eagles & Ravens and the Giants played them close in the final game. In the playoffs, both games went down to the wire as well. I think the Giants learned from all the other teams that gave the Pats a decent match. And they came into the SuperBowl with confidence knowing they played 'em close once already. Even then it took an amazing 2 minute drill from the Giants to steal the win.

Manifest Destiny does not exist. It was just a form of religious and political propaganda to gain support for murdering Native Americans. It is very similar to the arrogant claims of many peoples who looked to raise themselves above their neighbors through their religious beliefs, including the Israelites calling themselves the "Chosen People" and the Incas calling themselves the "People of the Sun." It was just another way of gaining the support of the common people to attack the enemies of the religious perpetrators.

The Dolphin curse will not allow any other team have a perfect season. The regular season is not important. What matters is having a perfect season all the way to the Superbowl.

Hey now! There's 1:07 to go. Don't jinx it. There is such a thing as an onside kick.
