If you buy red apples
and fast on red apples for 3 full days
drink nothing but water or natural juices....
On the forth day your face will be cleared up.
You will feel more energized.
Your body will be detoxified because apples have a
generous amount of fiber that cleanses you.
Your immune system will have a great boost.
You may loose a couple pounds.
It is good to fast your body on apples at least once a month
Its like a reboot to get rid of all that junk and sugar
you put in your system. This will not Fail theres just no way.
But if your diabetic you shouldn't do this.
Also wash your face DAILY with a antibacterial soap
If you can find a lavender body wash use that as well
Lavender treats scars and if your face is scarred with acne
it helps fade that away. Also use a facial cream but make sure its NOT OILY! and that its sun proof.
You can check to see if your creams and lotions are too oily
by dabbing a small amount on a white paper, leave it for a couple days and if the oil spreads out and makes the paper see through ....It's definitely oily.
Okay thats my best advice. I go now..
Best Wishes to you!
:)

Bottom line, you need to be treated on two levels, the inside and out. I recommend a website, acne.com. It shows you various ways people have fixed their acne problems, which can be caused by hormones, environment, stress, diet, nutrition and other causes. There is also a site, proactiv.com, which has helped Jessica Simpson, Sean P-Diddy Combs, and others. It's a must see. The product contains benzoyl peroxide which seems to always help with acne. You'll see about b.p. at acne.com. Now, to help your insides, I know of something, a juice that is 100% natural, that is anti-aging and is the most powerful anti-oxidant, meaning preventing or slows down the aging process or anything that is going on in your system. The Himilyans eat the berries, and live on it as their only source of food. And they live to be over 100 on average with teeth, hair, skin and nails intact and no disease. It goes into your cells, finds what is wrong on the cellular level, which people need to understand that's where problems and disease arise. The stuff works! E-mail me and I'll give you more info! aboutbiziness@yahoo.com. Good luck. I'm sure you'll be okay soon because you will be looking good on the outside and feeling good on the inside! Isn't that what life's all about?

Drinking water is very good for your skin, but it will not cure acne.
The food that you eat doesn't cause acne either.
The best thing you can do for your acne is to see a dermatologist. Medical science has come a long way in the last few years in the treatment of acne.
Please don't get trapped into the television ads either. It makes me sad that so many teenagers have spent so much money for over the counter products that don't work.
My son battled acne for years until he finally agreed to see a doctor. He was prescribed Retinol Tablets. His acne was cleared up completely in 2 months. Retinol is a very serious drug, so please don't take it without a doctor's approval.
And please don't wash your face so much that you make it raw. Your acne is not caused by a dirty face. Acne is usually caused by hormones being out of wack. This is why acne is so common in teenagers.
I guess what I am trying to get across to you is that your acne is not caused by anything that you are doing wrong. My heart goes out to you, because I know how hard it can be to deal with skin problems. I promise you, you will experience relief by seeing a dermatologist.

Water is good for the skin but I don't know how much it can really help a case of acne. I don't think it helps acne at all, though it does keep skin healthy (nuts too btw).
I went to the dermatologist once and received this little booklet, and it said that acne is not caused by food at all, not even pizza, it doesn't matter at all what you eat.
Keep washing your face and consider going to the dermatologist to get special medicine.

2 weeks maybe? More water will basically "wash out" how much oil comes out of your oil glands. Oil is one of the main causes of acne, but it might not be the cause of yours.
Not only that, but you'll have less dry skin. Dry skin dies, making dead skin, and dead skin causes the pores to clog up and make acne. More water is always good. I heard about how drinking more water will help acne, so i tried it and i drink half a gallon to a gallon of water a day (sounds extreme, huh?) and ive seen major improvement.
For foods: Eat lots of protein. Like meat and beans and stuff.
Lots of vitamin C too. Theres supplements and almost every fruit has lots of it. Pomegranates, oranges, all the delicious ones are FULL of it!
Fish and spinach, and walnuts too, are really good for your skin. They're contain omega-3 fatty acids. Theres a supplement for this too, and you can always google other things that have it.
And last, fiber. Theres tons of supplements for this. TONSSS. Lots of them taste good. Fruits such as apples will contain fiber. And cereal too. Some more than others.

Water doesn't get rid of acne. It just hydrates the inside of the body. Acne forms when a piece of tiny hair is missing from the face and then dirt and oil get in forming pus. Try washing your face with clean and clear or other facial wash with salicylic acid. Exercising can help make your face glow but not sure if it can remove acne. Probably try to eat vegetables for a month. No chips or any junks. Make sure you don't pop them, it'll make it worse.

Drinking lots of water is good, but the main thing is wash your face twice a day with an acne cleanser like Neutrogena and use some zit cream at night. Your acne should clear up pretty quickly with the right products.

water doesn't help acne. acne is caused by oils and dirt clogging up pores and water only helps you on the inside not the outside. try eating more fruits, vegetable, and nuts to maintain nice healthy skin and for the acne, make sure you wash your face before bed every night, cleaning off any make-up and sweat that might be on it and when you wake up in the morning, use some sort of acne wash to help get rid of any oncoming acne. and wipe your face throughout the day to get rid of oils on your face that can cause future acne.

Well when i drink nothing but water i see the change in my skin almost the next day. I know everybody is different but i would say eat alot of veggies. such as carrots and brocolli. I am a vegetarian i barely get acne. when i was a meat eater i got acne more than ever. If you cant become a vegetarian..just eat more vegetables with your meals and continue to drink lots of water.

I usually drink a lot of water (sometimes a gallon a day) because I'm always thirsty, but I don't think it has an impact on my skin regarding whether I break out or not. I've never noticed a difference in my skin between times where I drink a lot of water and times where I don't drink as much. Sorry...probably not the answer you were hoping for.
