What do I do with this error message after restoring factory settings?

Err 5: Error finding VFLOPPY.SYS.
Err 8: Fake Floppy driver not found
Press any key to boot active partition"
When I press a key, everything starts up fine. Just finished restoring to factory settings using backup CD and DISE.
How can I get rid of this? Tried to run DISE, but says it can't find the backup partition. What did I do?
Fujitsu PC with Windows XP Home Edition.

The best thing to do is to create a backup for all of your data and format and reinstall all your OS.
