No one believes they were framed. They ate the fruit out of their own free choice. You could attempt to say Adam was deceived by eve into eating it but in the end they only have themselves to blame.

Uh...I don't believe that an Adam and Eve ever existed.
I think the story is a tad silly, but most fairy tales are.

I beleive in Adam and Eve, but still I sometimes wonder why things played out as they did...
I often wonder if the devil was so bad, why didnt God just eleminate him right then and there.. If he brought him into this world, why didnt he just bring him out.. that would have solved a whole lot of problems right there...
"What? you wont bow down to Adam?... *BOOM* your dead" end of story.. we'd all live in peace to date....

If they had existed, absolutely. First, they were given a "loaded gun" and told not to play with it. Second, they had no clue of right and wrong, so they didn't know that disobedience was wrong. Third, they were naked, but that was OK until they knew it was wrong.
