well to tell you the truth, i was about 13 or 14 when i was "saved". there is so many wonderful things about God that i had no idea about. you can love God by listening to music by Christian rock bands who sing about their love for Him. you can even try asking a friend if you could tag along with them to church, or a youth group of some kind. do you own a Bible? maybe you could start your own personal Bible study. it's never ever ever too late to begin any type of faith. for you to say that, i'm proud of you that you're only 14! some people don't even want to start at all. i hope those things work. Good Luck, and God Bless.

It is never too late. Some of the people in the Bible didn't come to God until they were much older. One was a tax collector in Jesus time, so he had to be a lot older when he was converted. Some things you can do if you can't go to a church is to read the Bible. See if you can get a concordance to look up specific words. If you get a "Strong's exhaustive concordance" it will help you because you can look up what the original word was and what the possible translations are. (In case you want to see if it was translated right and to see if it is possible there are other ways it could have been translated)
Exodus 20 has the 10 commandments. That is something good to know. Always remember that God is love and He can lead you to the place that He wants you to be, if you are willing.
You can also show your love for God by showing love to others around you. If you know someone who is being picked on at school, stick up for them. If someone doesn't have a lunch, share yours. I am sure you can think of more if you wanted to.

No, it is NEVER too late to begin your faith. Do you have any Christian friends you could attend church with? If not, why don't you pray and ask God to give you a way to attend church? He is pretty good at answering prayers! Make sure you read your Bible and pray every day. Do what the Bible says a Christian ought to do. And stay strong, sister! You can do it.

When you want to pray, pray. You don't need a specific place to do it. G-D will hear you. Everyone has their own ways about religion.
As far as family goes...don't push there could be reasons why they don't want to be a part of services. It never hurts to ask their views on things.
If you can't go to a place to worship maybe carve out some time for yourself to take a walk or find a place where you feel you can connect.
Maybe doing charity work is something to look into.
Overall, as long as you are a good person and try to follow the basic ten commandments you are following your own tune of Hakalah (Hebrew for walking straight) in other words find your own rightous path.

Not at all. I was raised with no religious upbringing at all. I had no idea who Satan was when we sang (in grade school) " ... and saved us all from Satan's power when we had gone astray..." and I became an atheist in high school and college years. Yet I came to faith in Christ when I was 25. You certainly can come to faith. But to do so, you have to hear the truth. So you need to have someone explain the truth to you. You could go to a church and talk to the Pastor, or you could listen to programs on the radio (Christian stations) or on TV. However, some ministries are not telling the truth and you would not know which they are. Still, if you pray to God, he will guide you. He hears your prayers. Just confess to him that you believe in him and want to learn the truth of who he is and what your relationship is to him and how he cares about you.

Knowing JESUS is not about "religion"
it's about relationship with HIM.
The only time it's too late, is when you are dead.
However, we never know when we'll die do-we?
You could live a long life and die at 90,
or you could be hit by a drunk driver and die at 14.
I've heard of many people who died at a young age.
I became a Christian when I was in my 20's.
I am the only Christian in my immediate family.
I got to lead 2 of my family members to the LORD
before they died.
It's very important that you find a quality Bible-Teaching Church to be involved-in and grow.
If you need some help finding one near where you live. One good source is here:

I'd be happy to answer any questions.

It's NEVER too late.
And you definitely don't need to go to church to show your love to God. But if you have a friend, maybe see if you can go with them.
Pray. It's not as scary as it sounds. Just talk to God like you're talking to a friend. Let him know what's going on in your life, what you're worried about, what you're happy about. Anything.
And you can show you're love for God through example. Act kindly towards other people. It's a form of worship.
I hope this helped.
Just to reiterate: It's NEVER to late to begin your faith.

no it is not too late. I was saved when I was 14. My family didn't go to church either. I had the church van to pick me up. You can read the bible and study it. You can pray to God. Listen to Christian music. If you want to get saved you need to admit to God that you are a sinner, ask Him to forgive you of all your sins, ask Him to come into your heart and be your Savior. Turn away from your sins. You will still sin. We are still human, just ask Him everyday to forgive you of your sins. God bless.

It's never too late! If you can't go to church there are two major things you can do. First, love God. Second, love your neighbor as yourself. It sounds cheesy, but it's very true. Always treat others as you want to be treated. This is extremely hard to do, especially when there are times when you want to be hateful, angry, greedy, selfish, and many other things we know to be wrong. It's a daily challenge, but one that gets easier for me the more I work at it.
You have access to the internet... you can always check out websites that are able to teach those who can't make it to church. Pray for God to help you with your journey and open your heart to his answers.
I pray that you are open to his love and mercy. It's never too late to find God. Good for you.
