Why why would he do this?????
he's one of my best friends. he says he dosent like me and he's always like i know you like me (maybe cause i havent admitted that ilike him) but he does all this, he looks at me during class all the time. I see him check me out. Some times he calls me for no reason. If feels like he finds ways to touch me (like when he laughs his head is always touching mine.) and it feels like he finds ways to touch my hands. hes an outgoing/flirty person btw. But he's really sweet and nice to talk to. he also hangs out with me the most. he always tries to make me laugh. Ive heard from friends that he pushed them just to try to talk to me. and people always say we like each other and were such a good couple

He's probably shy to tell you that he like you. He do all this stuff to find a way to say that he like you. Or, by showing you that he miss you and needed you. Just from looking in this passage. Like, he keep calling you for no reason. Or, try touching your hand and make you laugh. It's an action, that show he like you and want you to know. The best things is, ask him to tell the truth about why he keep calling your named and all of these things. Then you will probably know what he mean by his reaction. Good luck......

I would start to be a little flirty with other guys to see how he reacts. He may just be loving your attention and flirts around with you just to get you to keep falling at his feet. I would pull away from him some and if he doesn't come running after you I would set my sights on someone else. Don't just let him keep you on a leash make him give you what you want or find someone that will. GOOD LUCK!!

Who knows, boys can feel things one day and deny them the next, sometimes they don't really know how they feel (same for girls) In the meantime, relax and enjoy the ride. Wait and see what happens and enjoy all these exciting feelings. And if it doesn't turn out the way you would like, be thankful for the journey.

well he likes you! That's obvious. So play t he flirting game back with him. Basically both of you are scared to admit that ya'll like each other. If you wanna be with him flirt then admit it. See what happens.
If ya'll kiss then you really know.

Well he's a young boy and young boys are stupid, right? He's flirting with you but doesn't ask you out for one reason or another. Who knows what it is. You won't like this answer, but you should just stop wasting your time on him... focus on school. If you do get together you will break up, guaranteed, and you will lose the friendship.

Because boys are complicated and will never be understood. Although I think this may mean he likes you but is too embarrased or scared to admit it or tell you so he wants you to say it first by saying "I know you like me" so he knows whether you do or not. f you were to tell him yes then he would tell you his true feelings but if you were to say no he would no you didn't like him and would save himself the hurt or embarassment.

Its another case of I only wanna be friends, but I sure would like to bang the hell out of ya! hes afraid that if uses the I like you exucse that hes going to be stuck in a relationship that he doesnt wanna be in. Sad but true :( Sorrys! Good Luck

I would say yes, he does like you and it sounds like you like him back...
Here's the line I would use next time he say's I know you like me.
Either;
"You wish I liked you" but in a very flirty giggly way
or
"I know you want me to like you" also with a smile and a wink
