Nope. Only the game discs are region-free. DVD's have to be region 1 or region 0 (that's all-regions) and if region 0, they have to be in NTSC format.

if you have installed a linux distro and have some of the newest mplayer hacks, you could watch it in OtherOS. Maybe, maye not...

A pc could be used to make a region-free, ntsc copy, but then if a disc is region 2 it's probably copy-protected so not legal so I won't advise that.
