I just broke my leg. Should I tell my mom? She'll be really mad because when I broke my arm she yelled at me for days. Then when I broke my toe she grounded me for a month! What do I do?

You need to tell her. Especially if you still need medical attention. Talk to your mom and listen to her without defending yourself. Talk to her about how it makes you feel when she yells at you at another time that is not so tense maybe. Trying to talk to someone while they are angry is difficult to do. If you are hurt, your mom needs to know. As a parent, it would hurt me more to find out later that my child was hurt and I didn't know.

Well, you should tell your mom because if you broke a bone you will need medical treatment. How are you breaking these bones anyway? Are you goofing off? If so then I guess a third broken bone has reasonably proven that these activities should stop....if this is the case maybe that is why your mom yelled at you. However, mom really should consider the pain you had to experience as punishment enough.

She is bound to notice, so tell her and get your leg taken care of, if you haven't already.
Did you break your leg jumping out of the window while you were grounded? All the more reason to have a talk with your Mom.

I dont think you have a choice, she will find out sooner or later, sooner if you live with her. If you dont, I'm sure you can wait. Just tell her want happened and say that you'd like for her not to yell, your in enough pain as it is... give her puppy eyed look

Ok - these are accidents - why would she be mad and/or ground you for that? That's not right.
You're going to have to tell her - because first off you're probably in pain and you need to go to the emergency room to have it set and casted. Just go and tell her but ask her kindly to please help you and not make things worse.

Its not your fault that accidents happen.. Make her understand that.. You need medical help if you broke your leg.. Ignore her and just talk to her about it
