in the hypothetical situation where they break up, whether I'd date the guy afterwards would depend on who did the breaking up. If the guy, then your friend might be hurt, and to preserve the friendship you might want to avoid dating him. If your friend, then it would be wise to get the scoop on why she broke up with him.
In either case, if the friend would be bothered by it, and you want to keep the friendship, then don't.

If she is a very good friend and she is not carrying a torch for him, it is possible that I would. But I would want to know why she isn't interested. If it is just that they didn't have chemistry or interests weren't similar, and she is okay with it, then I would. If it would hurt her and she really is a friend, then I wouldn't do it.

Most likely not. If my friends dated a guy, I would not go with him without my friend's permission. It might seem crazy but thats how girls work. Tell your crush how you feel and if she feels the same way, you can talk to your ex (her friend) and she can talk to her. Its a long process but...u know.

feels about it. girls are really sensitive when
it comes to these things. if it were me i wouldn't
mind, as long as you gave it some time. don't ask
the other girl out after like a week. because you'll
start drama between the girls..

dating your girl's guy is just against the rules in girls world! so if you want to go out with this other girl, you have to stop dating her friend, make sure her friend is ok with that, and THEN go out with the girl you want to go out with! it's a long process but that's how it is if you don't want them to stop being friends.

umm idk bout that only if he likes you follow your heart and if he's single and if he asks you after one day say no b/c that means he didn't really care bout your friend or he just wants you so he can feel better
