John 4:24 says that God is a spirit. A spirit is a being with no body. So, where do you find the right hand of a spirit? And can you see this spirit to know where the right hand side of it is?

I understand that it is a metaphor, so why do the trinitarians use it to prove their belief?

It's the place of highest honor that's all. I am not sure what your question has to do with the trinity.

It is not meant to be taken literally.
