Let's see . . . I was once shy so I guess I could help you out in this regard. If that guy is shy, the best thing to do is to get him alone somehow, away from the crowd. The purpose of that is to make him feel that he won't be embarrassed (he doesn't know what you're doing, so he might fear that). If you don't know what to do to pry him away, say you need him to help you with something. Then, chit-chat with him. Simple, huh?
Now, if it seems like he enjoys talking to you, give him your number and get his, and try to get him to hang out with you some time. If that goes well, and you do it often enough, you should have a relationship budding in no time.
Rocking his socks should be easy, especially if he's shy. Shy guys ease up a bit when they feel secure in the interaction they're in. Shyness can have multiple causes, so I won't get into any lengthy speculation here. But you can probably rest assured that he'd rather be interacting with people instead of not interacting with people. There are very few shy people who are solitary by choice. Good luck!

Ask me how my day went or is going, flirt with me by making small contact with me just little touches like on my hand when we talking. And the perfect way to ask me out would be by finding out what hobbies i like eg. watching football, hockey or even my favorite kind of movies asking me out to something i really enjoy says that ur interested in me and the things i like.
Shy guys can be very romantic and caring they just need to be pulled out of their shell and what you find could be the best thing u ever found.

I think u should talk 2 him beacuse shy guys r afraid 2 make their move so make him feel confident around you and try 2 be or act like he is spitting good game at you so he would b confident 2 talk 2 u. say flirty things 2 him or things that would make him feel good. Be some 1 cool and fun 2 talk to. and the asking out part just go 4 it he will say yes because if he likes u he will feel releaved that u askd him out instead of him asking you out.

Everyone differs within what they themselves think into literal "flirting". Myself as a guy, I could flirt asking a young lady out only when she sorta was perhaps not pretty. But sometimes females can be SMART inside and a ton of guys can't understand that small easy thing that ladies have: Its brains.

I use to be very shy and honestly the best thing was to have a girl that was interested in talking to me. After some conversation don't be afraid to just ask him out. You don't have to frame it as a date, but make it clear its just you and him. Now that I'm not as shy I just look for girls that are interested in me. Knowing that she is interested in me and not someone else is the most attractive thing.

i say if u walk by him accidentally or not act shy as hell. shy guys love shy girls. give him a really cute smile then look away and keep walking. make good eye contact and he will go nuts, i would, then if he doesn't come out and talk to u later on talk to him and just be cool shy we shy ones burst out in words when a girl we like talks to us after we notice they are shy actin too. then from there he will be all over u and ask u.

most times shy people have zero confidence in themselves so be care full you could drive him away and that might not be a bad thing since this lack of confidence will carry over in everything he does and you will be the one making all of the decisions
