Right now, I'm on a Rooibos (red tea) kick. My favourite is a blend called "Rooibos Heaven" that I picked up from Premium Steap in Philly. It's a chocolate-vanilla-mint blend; absolutely amazing.

Another favourite is Trader Joe's Orange Spice Rooibos.

My favourite green tea is Adagio's apricot green:

As far as black tea goes, I love Assam estate teas and Twinings' Lady Grey.

For a caffeine kick I like Matte' of some sort, either just straight yerba Matte or Matte Latte from republic of tea. For sweetness I like Blackberry sage also RoT, or blackberry currant I'm not sure of the maker. For anytime I need a little spring in my step especially if I am sick I like a ginger tea like ginger snap, ginger pepper (rare to find and weird to taste but is good), ginger lemon or ginger zinger, or basically straight ginger (you can make this on your own using ginger from the market but it takes time). I also like red tea, I prefer the heartier red teas though.

I'm not a fan of the greens or White's and maybe that's because I do like the more acidic tones to the blacks, or the strange flavors of the herbals. During the holidays I especially like the christmas blends that smell like christmas. I am serious brew one and you will swear it smells like how christmas is supposed to smell. Most of them taste good too

I love Rooibos, also known as red bush tea. It is an herbal tea from South Africa, and is naturally caffeine free. At first, it took a little adjustment, but I love it now! Rooibos has a mellow yet bracing flavor, and is available in variations from Celestial Seasonings tea.

Ginger tea with lemon and honey. My mother gave it to me in the last week of my pregnancy and it provokes me to have contractions. Is the healthy way of creating contractions. Believe me, it's true.
