In general I do not think that things are "meant to be". If you believe this then you are taking away the free will that each human has. I think that it is through our choices and the choices of other that things happen. As for "soul mates" it is pretty depressing to think that the is only one person out there for someone. I think there is more than one person that is compatable with a person and the rest depends on circumstance that these people meet or don't.

yes. It won't just happen if it is, there might be a little working on it and compromising.
I don't think that if two people were meant to be that something will happen and they will be together just like, out of the blue. Again, it takes some working together at it. Like two people that are totally opposite of each other. They would have to understand each other first and compromise and want to, for it to be, if they were "meant to be".

i believe i soul mates. i dont think that everything happens for a reason but i dont think some things are meant to be, and those things will end up happening no matter what. but i dont think everything is set in stone

I believe that people are brought together for a reason...regardless of how screwed up the road may be getting there...I believe in soul mates.

I don't believe that two people can be destined to be together forever. I think that a person can be compatible and even love many different people. You definitely need to want it for it to happen and there has to be chemistry as well.

i do beleive in that. i know it sounds corny but i do.
its so romantic to think that there is someone out there for everyone and they are just destined to be together. i dont care if i sound corny i love the idea of soul mates and destiny

I think it will just happen! Way before you or I were ever thought of, God had a plan for our lives. He had a job lined up, a spouse, everything... we mess that up when we try to play with our own fate... so I've learned to let God work his magic...

i think we are meant to be here , in the world, but a soulmate is someone you fall in love with and work hard at the relationship.So i guess in a sense everything is meant to be, but you cant expect things to just happen, its give and take. :)

i dont beleive in meant to be. i beleive that if two people were "meant" for each other, they have to work really hard to make it work. all good relationships take work, soul mates or not.

I think it's both. I believe in soulmates, but in every relationship work has to be done if not it'll crash and fail anyway.
