Oh for goodness sakes! I don't know one person that has truly repented for all their sins. Most of us sin daily in some small way. I am not saying marry an evil, bad person. Personally, I would not have married a man that was not Christian. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, is kind and forgiving. He looks for the best is us. If we love someone and want to marry them, we should be the same way.
Peace be with you

The Bible says that a believer should not be unequally yoked with a non believer. This makes a lot of sense when you consider that the two individuals will be at odds with one another from the start. The Biblical reference would be:
2nd Corinthians 6:14

not Biblically...we are not to be unequally yoked, light hath no place in darkness....I think that is in the book of Corinthians....I don't have my Bible with me at the moment to give you the exacts, but I know its there.....
But what do you mean exactly by repenting of ALL their sins? Has this person ever repented and accepted JESUS CHRIST at all?
It would be kinda hard to remember every sin we ever did, but the blood of JESUS is complete in forgiving capacity...hey, HE died for us long before we were even born, so I don't think it's a stretch to know that HE knows what our sins are and what HE is forgiving us for when we do accept HIM.

1John 1:9 is real clear that if we confess our sins He is faithful and just to cleanse us from our sins and forgive us. If one hasn't repented, he hasn't confessed, then he hasn't been forgiven. Thus he is still in his sins, and scripture is clear that we should not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. 2Cor 6:14. I know this isn't the answer you wanted to hear, but marriage is too important to make a mistake. (If you make a mistake here it is a big one)

Let me just say this. It would be better if you married someone of like faith, but if you love someone who is not a Christian, you should try every way possible to convert him or her to God. If that doesn't work, then it is best not to get married because you will only have misery.

The first thing that someone should be considering is whether the idea of sin is actually real.
If God is supposed to be perfect how could She have made anything or anyone that wasn't perfect.
Think about it. The idea of sin assumes certain things about God that seem highly unlikely.
First it assumes a God who is too incompetent to organize a simple educational field excursion and figure out a way to get all of the students home safely.
How likely is this that God would not be smart enough to come up with a plan for our salvation that is going to work 100 percent of the time?
It also assumes that God must have created us imperfect if we are sinners.
One might assume that God would be able to create someone perfect each and every time if he chose to. Assuming God is capable of this, then it follows logically that we must be perfect creations if we are actually creations of this perfect God.
Unless of course you are saying that God chose to create us imperfect.
If God created us imperfect then anything that may go wrong is Gods fault, not ours. This seems a bit illogical at best so I think that we need to assume that What God creates would have to be perfect.
If this is the case and Gods creations are perfect, then nothing that we can do could change what God created perfect and make it imperfect unless we think that we are more powerful than God is.
How likely is it that we the creation could be more powerful than the creator. I personally find this idea somewhat amusing, and a bit absurd.
Religion tells us that God is perfect. If this is true then it could hardly be logically for Gods creations to be considered to be anything less than perfect.
If this is the case and we are perfect creations of a perfect God then Nothing that we can ever do could possibly change this perfection that God willed, unless we were so powerful that our choices could override and change the will of God.
How likely is that????
Think about it.

They can, but they should not. We are to be equally yoked with another believer. It just makes marriage and life easier.
