I've been the owner of one for quite some time and whoever said at the base, balls and about a half inch up the shaft was correct, I suppose it could vary from guy to guy, but I'm proof that it is possible, its usually fairly light hair though and one quick swipe with a razor gets rid of it =]

They have it around the base and sometimes about 1/2 inch up the shaft.

no not ON the penis itself...
on their balls and just a little bit on the base of the penis....
but as far as the part that goes inside you, no.... no hair ON the penis
