One of my cats had a cold about a week ago and he had it for around 4-5 days.The vet can't do much because theres no cure for a cold.
you will have to let her ride it out but you can make it better by keeping her warm and let her get lots of rest.
But if she gets worse then you should take her to the vet just to get her checked over!

I would give her a day or so to get better, if not then take her to the vet or at least call and see what they tell you.

It could pass on its on, I wouldn't advise medicine designed for human use, she probably has an upper respiratory infection and need some antibiotics, I took mine to the vet and got amoxicillan, it worked

There is no cure for a cold. It's caused by a virus and it just runs its course.

just leave her alone. she will get better. or if you are getting Concerned go to the vet.
