Do you have to pay to put a picture in ebay?

i want to put a picture on ebay but i want to know if i have to pay to out the picture

The first picture is free,extra pictures on the same page you need to pay a small fee for.

Insertion fee is 40 cents for up to $9.99. And Final Value is 5.25% of the closing price.

If you sold a print for $10.00. It would cost you 93 cents.
