Wilton IS my best friend. I only use their products and I don't know why it didn't occur to me to check their site.

Check on www.WILTON.com..... they've got all that info about pan sizes vs. baking times. Wilton should be your best friend at this point, anyway! LOL

The best way is always the "poke" test. Look at the pan...if the cake is pulled away from the sides, and if you lightly touch it...it springs back....the cake is done.
