Those people that don't really have time for them but feel that its their obligation to have children. Also those that do not have patience worth a crap. We all know having children requires lots of patience.

I don't think personality traits can really tell you what kind of a parent someone will be.
For example--my brother was always a lazy guy. He didn't want to work, didn't want to do anything around the house, didn't seem to "care" about anything. He had horrible grades in school, enjoyed partying all the time, and didn't like kids very much. We all thought he was someone who should NEVER have kids. Now, he has a beautiful 11 month old son. From the day he found out he was going to be a daddy his whole attitude and outlook on life changed. He is a wonderful father. Sure, he makes mistakes, but what first time parent doesn't?
My SIL on the other hand, seemed like the perfect candidate for parenthood. Very down to earth, good job, seemingly over her party days. She enjoyed babysitting, staying home to cook, clean, etc. She was good with money and had a plan in life. Now, she is a TERRIBLE mother! (She and my brother split when their son was 9 months). She doesn't feed her son (only gives him formula at 11 months), won't change him until his diaper is so full it leaks, and doesn't like to hold him. She locks him in his playpen in a dark room so she can go over to the neighbor guy's house. She brings home random men and has sex in front of her child. She's just horrible overall.
So, like I said, you can't always be sure who will be a good parent and who won't until they actually have children.

That's almost impossible to answer, because parenting does change many people. It's not an instant, just-add-baby kind of thing in every case, but being responsible for a vulnerable creature can make a rather selfish and immature person grow up fast.
And, of course, some people are talked into becoming parents and realize that they made a mistake. People who are having kids to please a partner or a parent shouldn't be doing it.
I think anyone who enters into parenthood willingly ought to have a chance.

stupid people shouldn't have kids.. people that are seriously dumb, the ones that offer nothing to society, the ones that live day to day without a thought as to what or how they act may possibly be affecting the world. those are the people that raise criminals.
Finances shouldn't be a factor. If they were how many of us would truly be here? The rich are privileged enough as it is, they shouldn't be allowed to take this right away from the not-so-rich.

People like the father of my friends baby. (they are not together BTW.) He's just a phychoitic, loony tune and should not be a father who a judge would even consider giving rights to. He's also irresponsile and bouncing checks to roommates, quitting jobs, avoiding his lawyer and getting his phone shut off.
Oh, and his initial response to her announcing the pregnancy was "abort the baby or I'll kill myself."
He doesn't trust any of the mom's friends (all of us her best friends) with their son because at one time or another we all yelled at him for calling us for no good reason.
He's a real wack job and should not be a father.

Anyone who's own desires and ambitions outweigh those of their children and future generations shouldnt procreate. It takes families to raise kids, not just parents.
I cant wait for my son to grow up and have his own family so we can all be a family unit together and help eachother out. I cant imagine not having a mindset like that.

About 80% of the people that I know.
Most everyone, I know, is a crappy parent, and regrets having thier children.
I can't nail it down other than the fact that people are too irresposncible to have them.
