Let me share my answer of in my view for this question, ( I believe in the bible) by reading and contemplating the bible in Genesis chapter 4, I believe that Cain was the first human murderer because he killed his brother Abel.

"But who taught Cain how to kill and if they were one of the earliest humans then how do they know what is death?" I strongly believe that only Satan/Lucifer or the devil could have told him or tempted him or gave him that instant knowledge to know how to kill.

Cain killed Abel. I have heard it preached that Eve's eating of the forbidden fruit resulted in her copuation with the serpant..that Cain and Abel were supposed to be twins and that Abel belonged to Adam, while Cain was the serpant's...

I've never read it in the Bible myself, but I have heard this story told...that might be where you kinda got this idea... BUT

if it ain't in the Bible, I'd stay away from it myself....

The WORD says that if we add to it, that the plagues will be added unto us and if we take away, our names will be taken out of the book of life...

So I am repeating this only as information I have heard, not information that I follow...

Kinda like the moon is made of swiss cheese philosophy ya know?

He did not have to be taught because he was a sinner, so he already had the nature of the devil. His fallen nature within him was all it took. Cain did not honor the Lord like his brother Abel. He already had a hostile attitude to God, he did not worship God as his brother did and became angry at his brother for doing so. Murder comes from the heart, as do all sin. God warned him not to give in to that anger but, he ignored God and rejected the council of God.

I don't think we'll ever really know. We know that Cain killed Able, as recorded in the Bible, for those who believe in the Bible, but there's just no reasonable way of knowing

Jealousy is a human emotion which drove Cain to kill Able. I believe this story is one about basic human nature and how it can drive you to do terrible things at times.
