God holds all men responsible for their refusal to acknowledge what He has shown them of Himself in His creation. The creation delivers a clear, unmistakable message about God's person. Even those who have never had an opportunity to hear the gospel have received a clear witness about the existence & character of God - and have suppressed it. If a person will respond to the revelation he has, even if its solely natural revelation, God will provide some means for that person to hear the gospel.

Yes, as the scripture you quoted brings out. All men down through the ages have recognized that the things of the Earth HAD to have a 'maker / designer'. That is, in part, the reason that every culture has a creation story of some sort. The rest of the reason is the same as the reason for every culture having a 'flood' story.

Some things yes while others, no. Otherwise the intellectual among us would really have something to be obnoxious about. That would truly be disgusting!
Some things very simple are readily apparent, out in the open. Those can be understood by anyone as self evident.
Other things are hidden from the intellectuals. Jesus said this in Matthew 11:25, 26. "You have hidden these things from the wise and intellectual ones and revealed them to babes." Babes--the unpolished, common people because that was the way "approved by you. [God]" from verse 26. What is the difference? Verse 27 shows it is "anyone to whom the Son is willing to reveal him."
So the proper answer to the question is both yes and no.

Yes, absolutely.
The greatest minds that ever lived in the ancient world through reason alone discovered the necessity of the concept of God - Parmenides, Plato, Aristotle, Plotinus, et al.
Even in Abrahamic religion there was not always revelation. Abraham and Noah did not have a Bible to consult so it was through reason that they came to know God.

No there is no physical proof that god exists no equation can be formed no proof can be found the belief in god is simply to be taken on faith no one can prove gods existence without going to the bible for help and you know what by logic and science a lot of the things the bible says are wrong.
