this is quite normal after loosing someone u loved. wish i could tell u its a piece of cake and the pain will disappear soon, each person handles it differently. just depends how much u loved the person, time does heal some, and u have to heal the rest, maybe by going to a group therapy, where u an talk about your pain, to others who can understand, because they may be going through the same thing. also it don't hurt to read the bible for answers.

That's om some people take longer than others to heal. Remember this. It is never a waste to get it off your chest as long as it doesn't harm others. Remember this well. It is not how much pain you're in but how much joy you have and how much more joy you can make others feel. Keep this in mind and the pain will fade over time. I have confidence in you Best wishes and much joy despite the pain. Together with faith you'll get there. So smile and go for that joy
When in doubt, remember someone is rooting for you. I'm in your corner because you are courageous,. Don't let it get you down Bounce back like a rubber ball bouncing off a sunny sidewalk. Up Up and away to happiness.

Nope, you're human. My theory is that it takes half the time of the total length of your relationship to get over someone. For example, if you dated three years, it will take 18 months to get completely over it. Believe me, it's true. If you were together longer than 10 months then maybe it's time to see a therapist because there might be some earlier losses, deaths, abandonments, etc. that could be making this one as hard as it is. Good luck....And believe me when I tell you, you WILL get over it...Just give it time.

If you really love someone five months isnt nothing, prepare to be unhappy until you meet someone else.Being in love many times is exciting and fun.Imagine waking up every morning to some else you love.Remember the excitement at the first of your relationship .Dont you want to feel that way again?Give yourself time and find your new love.It will happen.

It will get easier, honest. A memory is like a wound, it has to sab over and heal; sometimes many times. While there will be a scar, after a while it will be far less noticeable. Just try to distract yourself and when you think of your loss, just push it out of your head and think of something wonderful. I think of riding roller coasters, or pretty flowers or go online to icanhascheesburger.com. It makes me smile.

Like any other injured part of your body ... hearts take time to mend. Sounds like you need to focus on other interest and start letting go ... I hope someone new comes into your life real soon. Best wishes!

When you have thoughts of your ex, have a reply such as "he's not available," or "she's never coming back." Say that each time you think of them. It will help you control your thoughts. Get busy with friends and others. Find things to do that you enjoy. Care for yourself.

Over a lover? It's time to move on. When a family member breaks your heart it lasts forever but you still move on.
