I like the extra moist pink cake mix (I think it is cherry or strawberry) with chocolate fudgy frosting! Spice cake with the whipped cream cheese frosting is good too. The extra moist cakes and the whipped frosting's in Betty are yummy, however the chocolate or fudge frosting's taste better not whipped to me. Also for a great twist you can spread a layer of whip cream with sliced fresh fruit in the middle layer! MMMmmm!!! Strawberries and whip cream in-between a devils food cake is awesome and very popular. You can also do a blueberry, raspberry, peaches, etc. This also goes well inside vanilla cakes. I was a cake decorator we also used fruit jams and caramel in the middle too.
