Yes, you should stop dating them. ESPECIALLY if you are the reason they tried to commit suicide.
Many people use suicide and attempted suicide as a way of hanging onto a relationship that is not working. It's a cry for help, but it should be professional help, not you. You have your own life to live.
If they did it for a reason not related to you, and you love them, then you might stick around a little bit for support, but if they try again, you need to get out of there.

I would say no. By doing that, you could not only send them over the edge and make them try to commit suicide again, but it also shows that you really didn't like the person very much. So, you only stay around when things are perfect, but leave when things get tough? Laaaaame.
Stay and support the person. Help them get through the hard times they are obviously going through.

No, not necessarily. Only stay if you want to, not because you feel sorry for them though.
Leaving someone who is in this type of mindset can really screw them up it's true, but it can also force them to face their problems and make them stronger in the end and able to cope on their own.
Personally I would never stop dating someone if they tried to commit suicide; if I liked them enough to be dating them then I want to know all sides of their personality; suicidal or otherwise.

No that shouldn't be a reason to break it off with someone. Likewise if you already wanted out that shouldn't be a reason to stay with someone. But it depends on how you feel about them, if you like them you should be there for them to help them through, and if you really don't like them then you have to let them down as easy as possible, but don't dump them only because they tried to commit suicide! Hope this helped.

NO!
first off consider how much you like this person and how serious the relationship is...
if your just going out to mcdonalds and chillin on the weekends... or getting somewhere serious...
and if you were to stop dating this person would it crush them? and if they do kill themself do you want it on your conscience that ur leaving them could have pushed them over the edge...
i suggest being supportive and tryin to get this person some help... but don tdo anything to cause them worse pain than the pain they obviously already feel

It depends because if you break up with them then you may be the reason why they would want to committ suicide. so you need to think carefully about the situation before you make any decisions. if you liked them alot then you would want to be there for them and support them but if you dont want to get involved with anything like that then you have to tell them how you feel.

Well it depends, if you still love him/her the same, then no way because they might actually commit suicide for real. But if your feeling differently, you shouldnt trap yourself with some crazy person

no, you should try to talk them out of it and help. if you break up with them it will give them more of a reason to commit suicide.

Not necessarily, but you should be aware that a suicide attempt is a symptom of a serious psychological problem. You should encourage your boyfriend to seek medical treatment immediately. His life is in danger.
