Experiment! Just let it ferment and see what you come up with. You might like it better than the original recipe. Many great recipes and great works or art came from mistakes!

Make 5 times more wine, this time leaving out the honey. Combine the two.

Sounds as if you should be making mead instead of wine.

Enjoy! You can chug the whole thing that way you`ll be drunk and you will only taste how bad it is at the end of your chug!
