I love skiing, I have gone yearly pretty much since I was little. Last year I started snowboarding. Snowboarding is a ton of fun. Even when I was falling every 2 minutes it was a blast. Im not done with skiing, but this year I am snowboarding all the way. After the first few times it gets easier. Be proud to be a skier, skiing rocks....... but try boarding at least once, you wont regret it.

I am a died in the wool SKIER. That said: I know lots of skiers that have become snow boarders and don't know a single border that has become a skier. The fact of the matter is that Snow boarding has a much easier learning curve and can actually help you get into chutes and situations that are impossible on skis. Now you have to remember that skiing was not invented as a sport like snow boarding. Skiing started as a mode of transportation. Boarding is strictly for down hill recreation. Apples and oranges here. Both are a blast and realistically, Why not be both a skier and a boarder. Isn't that the best of both worlds?

Skiied for 10 years. Snowboarded for 5 years.
Definitely ski.

There's nothing like ripping a line down a super steep mountain. Skiing is my life and snowboarding is just my hobby. If I had to choose one,it would be skiing without a doubt.
