well, you start slow and as you move close to the lips, you pause, and tease the opposite sex. Then you barely touch the lips and this makes them want you more. Then when you do kiss, it will have more passion. Make sure to try french kissing and I love to bite the bottom lip (now don't bite hard, just gently). This always makes my man go crazy. That kinda stuff can give a guy blue balls hahaha well as for the hot kiss well it all depends on what the guy likes some guys like it when u suck their lips others like it when you kiss their ears and some other weird stuff hahaha just kiss him how you would like to be kissed and if the guy really likes you a regular kiss should be more than enough for him to want more.
