your depressed and sad to go outside because you are hiding something you are ashamed of. you personally know that what you are doing is wrong so it is killing you inside. when you go outside its like your afraid people can see through you and you are very ashamed. you have power over yourself so if you don't like something then change it. its in your power to do so. if you don't have control over yourself who does?? scary huh

I find this hard to believe. No it's not normal to be watching porn. Certainly not a female at 16. No not everyone watches porn. (God help the world if that is true).
If you want to feel good watch the nature channel not some sleazy little money making venture putting money into someones pocket and degrading women. At 16 you do not have the skills to process fully what you are watching and make sensible conclusions.
Take up gardening or something that is creative not degenerative. I am sure sensible parents would not allow you to be watching porn if they do - it's child abuse.
STOP.

Someone here said that everyone watches porn. Uh, no that's not true. At 16, there are thousands of other things you could be doing, and should be doing. Get away from the television and the internet, and go out and explore life. It's wonderful, but you must look for it.

I can't imagine that you'd be able to see much free porn on the Internet. Most of it is pay-as-you-go with a credit card.

What's the site you visit?

Why do you keep watching it, as you claim, then complaining about it's effects on you?

Why do you keep asking about this subject?

Is this a police sting that you are an underage female, asking constantly about porn? Please answer this question - are you a police officer or do you represent law enforcement authorities in any way?

Tell me - what is it that has you watching porn at such a young age? Where are you getting it from. No wonder you are depressed. If you can't stop on your own then go find a good councellor and see if she can help. I resolved a lot of my issues when I became a Christian and so would recommend to you that you find a good church - they would be more than willing to help!

Pornography is very addictive. It sounds like you are possibly also suffering from depression or some other kind of mental illness. If you seek treatment you might find that you feel a lot better about yourself. Why not go to a psychiatrist or psychologist and have yourself evaluated?

There's nothing wrong with looking at porn? That's human nature, really. Porn and hobos.. I don't really relate those two. Especially since hobos are probably too poor to buy porn mags or get on the internet in the first place.

Just try to find someone else you can help or say a kind word to..that will help you take your mind off your problems. If you can cook a meal to take to a soup kitchen or bring them some blankets or a warm jacket, then do that. Help them, don't just worry about if you will wind up that way...

Everyone has hang ups like these, it's part of the human condition. If it bothers you get a productive hobby.
