i want to go to sleep and wake up feeling like a hole new person. i wana sleep realy good wake up not feeling anything. but im realy stressed. i just want to feel like a hole new person. can anyone give me tips?

Stress is usually due to an external situation or a recurrent memory of a stressful situation. The key is to stop thinking about it or dwelling on it after you retire for bed. Clear your mind. Think about good peaceful things instead of the stressful things. Have a glass of warm milk after a hot bath. Then do that stupid thing about counting sheep to get asleep. It works because it takes your mind off stressful reality! Don't set an alarm clock.

take sum Tylenol PM and go to bed as early as possible! works for me!
