First of all will you be using your own car or a car owned by the pizza place? Do you pay for your own gas? How are you paid, by the delivery or by the hour? If the customer has a dispute with the pizza does the money come out of your own pocket? There are lots of things to think about before deciding on this the same as any other job. If you are using your own vehicle you might have to pay for extra insurance, what if you are in an accident while on the job and you don't have the proper insurance? Also if you are paying for your own gas...well look at the price of gas! Your tip money may not make it worth while for all these extra expenses.

A friend of mine delivered pizza as a second job. She already had a good full-time job, but took the pizza delivery job to pay off her credit card bills. Nine months later her cards were all paid off. All I can say is that it worked really well for her!

I think it would be dangerous. I'm a Mom if you didn't guess. If you're at all handy, then there's always a need for minor home repairs. You can charge pretty high for the work too, because it's hard to find anyone to do smaller jobs.
