And what should you say under the same situation when you are introduced to a lady you dont know and kiss her hand?

first time: "it's very lovely to meet you...*kiss*....(something about the weather or how shes doing or the event you are at)
met before: "its lovely to see you again...*kiss*...how is work?/how is your family?/how is....(something you know about.)

If you were to follow the proper form, the lady would extend her hand first, you then would say "pleased to meet you or see you" and then kiss the back of her hand. I just don't know in this day and age where that would comfortably happen. It just wouldn't be everywhere and under only very formal circumtances if you were in that type of circle. It's a wonderful gesture if you are traveling in those circles but I think it would be very uncomfortable to try it in the bar scene.

If you know the woman say her name as a greeting just before you kiss her hand. If you do not know her say miss or ma am as you kiss the hand. That will always make you sound like a gentleman.
It is just a greeting so try to keep it short and sweet

I think that if a man introduced himself to me and kissed my hand, I would feel flattered. I've also seen other guys kiss a lady's hand during introduction and it was a positive experience.
